MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare kits and labels for clinical studies.
- Organize the shipment of kits and labels to clinical sites.
- Assist in coordinating the shipment of biological samples with clients, CROs and clinical sites
- Liaising with courier services;
- Organizing sample shipments;
- Managing queries and the resolution of incidents;
- Obtaining import-export permits, supporting the process of customs clearance, etc.
- Support in managing orders and suppliers, including placing and following-up orders, receiving and reviewing content of orders, etc.
- Assist in the department general duties and organization (e.g. update SOPs, forms and templates).
REQUIRED PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in administrative and clerical duties.
- Organised & methodical, while active & decisive person.
- Excellent level of English.
- Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience in Life Sciences will be valued.
