MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare kits and labels for clinical studies.
  • Organize the shipment of kits and labels to clinical sites.
  • Assist in coordinating the shipment of biological samples with clients, CROs and clinical sites

    • Liaising with courier services;
    • Organizing sample shipments;
    • Managing queries and the resolution of incidents;
    • Obtaining import-export permits, supporting the process of customs clearance, etc.

  • Support in managing orders and suppliers, including placing and following-up orders, receiving and reviewing content of orders, etc.
  • Assist in the department general duties and organization (e.g. update SOPs, forms and templates).

REQUIRED PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in administrative and clerical duties.
  • Organised & methodical, while active & decisive person.
  • Excellent level of English.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience in Life Sciences will be valued.
